  As a business within Chatham Kent I thought it would be nice to purchase 24 holiday meals from your store to be delivered. I have tried doing this through your website. It keeps crashing. I have called your 866 number 3 times and have been disconnect each time. I tried going into your store and was told I can only use the website or 866 phone number. Well you have done what was needed and frustrated me to come here to say you have lost out on over $575.00 as you cannot service me through your website, your order line or in store. I am sure there is another great restaurant in Chatham that will be pleased to receive this money as I will never be back to Swiss Chalet. I cannot support your service as you cannot fill mine.

  Food was good. Waitress was nice. Wait! waitresses were nice/friendly. One person to seat us, one to ask us, what we would like to drink, another to take our order and 2 to deliver our order. One of the two who delivered our order, was the one whom took our order.

  Waited over 45 mins for two meals! No apologies for the wait time or any chocolates for Valentine's Day. Chicken was dry and ribs seemed like frozen food. I make way better ribs in slow cooker. Poor quality altogether. Won't be going back anytime soon!

  Sat us in the only busy section of the restaurant with a total of 3 tables seated we basicly had to share a booth with our neighbor and listened to the staff talk to them throughout out whole meal . They were so loud we couldn't even talk to each other at our table . Our waitressing was friendly but sick .
