  I would give them NO stars if possible!!!. My Canada Goose Jacket came back with a burn hole in it at the zipper clasp. After having my coat from May to September I was told it was being sent to Canada Goose as a claim with my warranty to be inspected. This never happened, instead they took it to a retail store in Yorkdale for a sales representatives opinion. I received no phone call from the manager (which I asked for on several occasions), no tracking number, no address of where my coat was sent to, no email records from them and Canada Goose and no claim number for the coat. All of these are reasonable requests to ask for if they had actually sent my coat to Canada Goose for inspection, as I spoke with the company myself and asked what would have been communicated and how. As of now I sent the jacket in to be inspected by Canada Goose and I am waiting on results. The manager never returned my 20 something calls, the staff was unpleasant and hung up on me or gave me the run around, probably because they ruined a $1000 coat. I might also say the receipt I received back from them indicated no damage on the coat, some fading on the arms only. Do not use this company they will ruin your belongings and not take responsibility for it.
