  Purchased a new sofa 01/20/18. Special order required. Received call order was in on 02/15/18. No delivery fee mentioned at time of order. After discussion agreed to pay $79.00 delivery fee. Then told on 02/21/18 that item could not be delivered until 03/07/18. Come on Teppermans! This is Chatham. Why do you not have better delivery response.

  The fact that you can put things onto installments is always great. I also like the fact that it's a smaller family owned business and not a conglomerate, a bit more compatible with my mindset these days.

  Not a bad place. If you are young and trying to build credit this place will help you do that as they give credit to ANYONE. Staff usually friendly and helpful.

  I find the showrooms nicely set up and clean. I have also been able to help turn on, a number of Family and friends to Tepperman's, with no regrets so far. I my friend and family have yet to encounter, a problem or issue with other the products or staff at Tepperman's.
