    Very pushy, and very rude. Told me not to waste my time on anything above a certain price as it would be "too expensive for my lifestyle" however after purchasing a couchset, upon delivery I discovered there were tears all along the backside and it took 5 months for anything to be done by the manager

    Very pushy sales person. She told me not to waste my money on Sealy mattress even though the store was having a boxing week sale on Sealy mattrrsses. Wouldn't let my husband and I test mattresses unless she was standing beside us. Made us feel very uncomfortable.
