    Paid 9 bucks for 2 medium pumpkin spice lattes......tasted like hot pumpkin flavoured water.......last time I order that....and really....9 bucks for 2 medium.......

    Sometimes accurate orders. Beverages are always 2 inches low from the top. Waits are usually long.

    Uh, yes I would like to get what I bought. Anyway, besides that, I ordered a sour cream glazed donut. I was expecting a soft donut, instead only part of it was and the other half was hard.

    The service was fast and friendly, but I ordered a large specialty tea and the employee gave me one tea bag only. The price is higher for the large tea because they're supposed to give you two tea bags. I asked for the second one and the employee acted surprised saing: "Oh, you want the second one?".
